Have you tried refreshing your browser and clearing your history and cache? Sometimes information from previous login attempts can be stored in your browser and confuse it when you return to Map Mavin. This is particularly common with Google Chrome. If you are experiencing issues with Map Mavin on Chrome, try clearing your cache. Additionally, try using Chrome's "Incognito Mode" (accessible by entering Ctrl + Shift + N) to avoid further cache issues. If you are using another browser and have similar issues, clearing the cache will often still solve the problem. We have found that these issues arise when switching tabs and while uploading as well.
